Ideal for muskie down sizing, pike, and heavy bass.  A little extra length for figure 8’s and casting distance, it also has a little more power in the butt than the 7’6” model.  This rod handles small bucktails, spoons, topwaters, and plastics with ease.  A great rod for large bass swimbaits and umbrella rigs, and superb with small muskie baits.
